Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is offered within a structured therapeutic framework that integrates the use of ketamine into psychological work, rather than treating it as a stand-alone intervention.

I provide preparation, dosing, and integration sessions. Medical screening, prescribing, and monitoring are handled in collaboration with licensed medical providers.

KAP may be helpful for some individuals working with depression, trauma-related symptoms, or longstanding patterns that have not shifted through traditional psychotherapy alone. Suitability and readiness are explored carefully during an initial consultation.

KAP takes place within a therapeutic relationship that supports preparation and integration of the dosing sessions. For some individuals, this work takes place as part of ongoing psychotherapy. For others, it may involve a focused, time-limited course of therapy specifically oriented toward supporting KAP. I also work with individuals who are engaged in therapy elsewhere, when appropriate.

KAP is not offered as a single session or as a replacement for psychotherapy. Questions about fit, structure, and next steps are discussed during a consultation.
