Welcome to My Practice
As a psychologist, I see my role as being your partner on the path toward greater well-being. I believe that the foundation of this partnership is your sense of safety within it, because it’s from that safe place that change begins to feel possible. The quality and strength of our therapeutic relationship has a great impact on how effective our work is together, and our first step forward is developing a space in which you feel secure, understood, and empowered.
I believe people heal through self-understanding. Whether you're in acute distress or feel a general sense of life dissatisfaction, developing greater self-awareness can help you gain clarity and a greater sense of control. The better you know yourself, the more equipped you are to manage symptoms, improve relationships, navigate challenges, and take steps to improve your quality of life.
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, with in-person sessions in San Francisco and virtual sessions across California. I often work with young adults navigating life transitions, identity development, and relationship challenges, though I also support clients with a broad range of concerns across the lifespan. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically held as standing weekly appointments.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for those who want to explore new ways of finding relief and clarity. KAP can be helpful when talk therapy alone feels limited or when you’re looking for a deeper shift. It’s often sought by people navigating depression, anxiety, or patterns that feel difficult to change. Combined with therapy, ketamine creates a state of openness that can lead to new insights, emotional release, and meaningful growth.
